VeryDarkMan Claims Financial Commentator GehGeh Owes His Career Revival to Him

Social media activist VeryDarkMan has asserted that financial commentator GehGeh owes his platform's survival to his intervention during a major public backlash. Meanwhile, GehGeh's sister, Precious, has appealed to the activist, claiming her brother failed to redeem a N5 million promise.

Prominent Nigerian social media activist VeryDarkMan has publicly asserted that financial commentator GehGeh owes the preservation of his online presence entirely to his intervention during a severe public backlash involving the commentator's sister, Precious.

The activist made this disclosure via a social media statement in response to allegations that he harbored intentions to ruin GehGeh. According to the activist, he and popular music promoter Tunde Ednut heavily intervened to rescue the content creator's digital brand when internet users turned overwhelmingly hostile against him.

How did VeryDarkMan intervene in the controversy?

Detailing his past actions, the activist explained that he provided strategic guidance on how to manage the crisis and successfully alter the public perception against GehGeh at the peak of the hostility.

“Without me una for pull Gehgeh down. I saved his platform,l saved him. social media turned against him, only one person stood by him or let’s say 2 because Tunde Ednut helped him,” the activist stated.

He expressed disappointment that despite the rescue efforts which successfully turned the narrative in GehGeh's favor, the commentator allegedly failed to show appreciation or utter a word of gratitude.

“After he did everything, I told him and the narrative changed to his favour, he never came back to say thank you,” he added.

Furthermore, the activist berated the financial commentator for allegedly propagating rumors that a plot was underway to destroy him, maintaining that the creator's digital survival was a direct result of his protective backing.

“You wey them don finish already. that clown owes me his platform,” he emphasized.

What did Precious say regarding the N5 million promise?

Amid the ongoing social media dispute, GehGeh’s sister, Precious, reached out to the activist with a fresh appeal regarding an unfulfilled financial commitment.

In her direct message to the activist, she claimed that her brother had merely made a verbal commitment without any actual cash transfer.

“Uncle VeryDarkMan my helper, GehGeh did not give me the 5 million naira you told him to give me, All he did was audio, please Verydarkman help me remind him to fulfill the promise, I still need help,” she pleaded.
