**Responsibilities of the Digital Engagement Intern**
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
* Develop engaging social media content that aligns with ActionAid Nigeria’s mission and values.
* Create and curate multimedia content, including graphics, videos, infographics and photographs.
* Manage leadership social media accounts and maintain a professional online presence.
* Share articles, blog posts and opinion pieces that promote social justice, advocacy and humanitarian activities.
* Monitor social media trends and conversations related to development and advocacy.
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions in line with organisational guidelines.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
**Requirements for ActionAid Nigeria Digital Engagement Internship**
Interested applicants should meet the following requirements:
* Hold a first degree in Mass Communication or a relevant field.
* Have relevant NYSC experience in a related field.
* Demonstrate proficiency in major social media platforms, including X, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
* Possess knowledge of content production, graphic design, video creation, mobile photography and videography.
* Be familiar with social media management tools, mobile graphic design software and video editing applications.
* Have a basic understanding of social media analytics.
