    Applicants must:

  • Be currently in 2nd-year (200 Level) at a government-owned tertiary institution in Nigeria
  • Have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 (or equivalent) in the first academic session
  • Not be siblings of current AOF scholars until the sibling’s scholarship term ends

    • Required Documents

    To apply, candidates must submit:

    1. Statement of result for the first academic session, signed by the Department/Faculty Admin Officer

    2. Proof of residence in Abia State (community/religious leader recognition letter or last three months’ electricity bill)

    3. A 1200-word essay in three parts:

  • About your nuclear family and your place within it
  • A time you contributed to your community
  • Your thoughts on giving back to society
