Job Opportunity: Data Analysts

Talent Lab Limited, on behalf of its client, is seeking passionate and qualified Data Analysts to support the day-to-day implementation of a special intervention programme.

Successful candidates will provide technical support in data analytics and data management to State Emergency Operations Centers (EOC) and Primary Health Care Development Agencies (PHCDA) across selected states.

Location: Zamfara, Katsina, Kano, Yobe, Niger, and Kaduna States

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain databases and dashboards for effective program data management
  • Conduct settlement geo-coordinates analysis to ensure all planned settlements are accurately mapped
  • Support the SIO and State Coordinator in ensuring timely submission and review of tally sheets
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify data needs and uphold data quality standards
  • Perform data quality assessments and validate data from multiple sources across supported states
  • Identify data gaps and provide actionable reports to support informed decision-making and planning
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Monitoring & Evaluation, Demography, Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly using Microsoft Excel and other relevant data tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
