The BAT Global Graduate Programme is a fast-track leadership development programme designed to build the next generation of business leaders.
Over 18 months, you will go through a structured rotation across key operational areas, gaining deep, hands-on experience while contributing to real business outcomes from day one.

To be eligible, candidates must:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Have completed NYSCHave 0–3 years post-graduate experienceHave exposure to operations, manufacturing, or supply chain (an advantage)Be fluent in English (written and spoken)Be open to national and international mobilityRequired Skills & Attributes
