Airtel Africa Sees Profit Surge by Over 100% in Nine Months, Driven by Data Revenue Growth
Airtel Africa reported a significant jump in its nine-month profit to $586 million, more than doubling from the previous year, primarily due to a substantial increase in data revenue. The company's overall turnover also grew by 28.3% to $4.7 billion across its operations in fourteen sub-Saharan African countries.
