The Lagos State Special Offences Court has admitted certified board resolutions of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria as evidence in the criminal trial of former AMCON MD Ahmed Kuru and other defendants over the receivership of Arik Air. The judge ruled the documents were relevant and properly certified, overturning the prosecution’s objection. The case has been adjourned to 27 October 2026.
