NOA and ICRC Advocate for Urgent Care of Gunshot Injury Victims
The National Orientation Agency (NOA) has called on Nigerians to understand the 2017 law that mandates immediate treatment for gunshot victims. This plea was made during a memorandum of understanding signing with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Abuja.
