ECOWAS Court Engages in High-Level Discussions to Enhance Judgment Enforcement in Guinea
The ECOWAS Court of Justice is set to conduct a high-level bilateral meeting in Guinea from March 2 to 4, 2026, aiming to improve the enforcement of its rulings among Member States. This initiative, part of the 50th anniversary celebrations of ECOWAS, seeks to address ongoing challenges in implementing the Court's decisions.
