Nigerian Army Apprehends Individual Falsely Claiming to be Retired Major General
The Nigerian Army has apprehended Alhaji Tijjani Abdul Rauf, an individual accused of impersonating a retired Major General and falsely claiming attendance at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS). The Army stated that no retired officer by that name exists in its service.
