African Democratic Congress Kicks Off Local Government Congresses in Borno with Consensus Approach
The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has initiated its local government congresses in Borno State, opting for a consensus model to select officials across all 27 local government areas. The process, beginning in Maiduguri, is being supervised by a National Congress Committee.
