A groundbreaking database detailing the population of persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Nigeria has been introduced by the Joint National Association of Persons with Disabilities (JONAPWD). This data, which categorizes PWDs by state, gender, and type of disability, aims to enhance evidence-based policy-making and address disparities within the disability community.
