Air Peace Launches New Executive Lounge at MMIA to Enhance Premium Travel Experience

Air Peace Limited has officially launched its Executive Lounge at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport's Terminal 2 in Lagos, marking a key enhancement in its premium service offerings.

The lounge was inaugurated on February 14, 2026, during a ceremony attended by the airline's management team, employees, members of the media, and First and Business Class passengers traveling to London. Among the distinguished guests was former Anambra State Governor, Mr. Peter Obi.

Designed to elevate the pre-flight experience for premium class passengers, the Executive Lounge features an elegant cream-toned decor and a modern layout that prioritizes both privacy and comfort. With a seating capacity for over 39 guests, the lounge incorporates six recliner chairs for relaxation before flights.

Additionally, the lounge provides a dedicated workspace equipped with computers and printing facilities to cater to business needs. There are also two private areas outfitted with tablets and headphones for virtual meetings or personal entertainment, alongside an entertainment section featuring a large television and a refreshment area stocked with pastries, soft drinks, and various beverages.

Guests can keep track of flight updates through an interactive display monitor, while a 24-hour surveillance system ensures the safety of the facility.

During the unveiling, Air Peace's Chief Commercial Officer, Mr. Nowel Ngala, described the lounge as a strategic investment that aims to enhance customer satisfaction and align the airline with international standards.

Ngala elaborated that the facility showcases the airline's commitment to rewarding its loyal premium passengers on domestic, regional, and international flights.

Peter Obi praised Air Peace's infrastructure investments, emphasizing the need for local carriers to continuously improve service quality in order to bolster Nigeria's aviation stature globally.

The launch of the Executive Lounge contributes to Air Peace's expanding service portfolio and highlights its determination to provide superior comfort and a refined travel experience for its premium customers.
