MRI technology utilizes strong magnetic fields and radio waves to create detailed imaging of organs and tissues, thereby facilitating diagnoses without exposure to radiation.

Kanu pointed out that the church’s contribution signifies recognition of the transformative developments in the state’s healthcare system.

He emphasized that the introduction of the MRI scanner will greatly enhance the state's diagnostic facilities, stating, “The donation will complement medical services in our advanced healthcare facilities and improve medical diagnosis across the state.”
