**Graduate Trainee at Leventis (Spare Parts)**

* Location: Lagos

**Responsibilities**

* Assist in the receipt, inspection, identification, storage, and issuance of spare parts.

* Support the maintenance of accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates of stock transactions on the ERP system.

* Assist in monitoring stock levels, identifying fast-moving and slow-moving items, and reporting stock shortages.

* Support periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.

* Assist in identifying spare parts required for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.

* Support the preparation and processing of material requisitions, purchase requests, and stock transfer documentation.

* Assist in tracking outstanding spare parts orders and following up on deliveries with the Procurement Department and suppliers.

**Requirements**

* A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing and Supply.

* Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme or possess a valid exemption certificate.

* Basic knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, or automotive spare parts will be an added advantage.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

* Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage.

* High level of accuracy, integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
