* Minimum of a 2nd Class Upper degree in Medical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Business Management or Finance from a recognized university

* Willing to relocate locally for both short and long term

* 0–2 years’ working experience

* Must have completed NYSC

* An enthusiastic, “can do” attitude

* Adaptable and able to handle and embrace change

* Initiative, courage and openness to embrace and lead change

* A strong drive to succeed, coupled with the ability to think creatively

* Excellent communication skills
