Product Designer at Boulevard

Overview

Boulevard is hiring a Staff Product Designer to lead platform-level design for its client experience platform. This role focuses on building scalable systems that support salons, spas, and self-care businesses globally.

What You’ll Do

Lead design strategy for core platform systems (payments, APIs, data, etc.)

Create scalable design patterns and frameworks

Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences

Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams

Contribute to design systems and platform evolution

Help shape AI-driven features and workflows

Requirements

Strong systems thinking and experience designing for scale

Proven product design experience (SaaS/platform environments)

Expertise in end-to-end design process (research to delivery)

Ability to work closely with engineering on complex products

Proficiency in tools like Figma

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
