Kano Cleric Sentenced to Death Requests Transfer from Kuje Prison
Sheikh Abduljabbar Nasir Kabara, who received a death sentence for blasphemy, has petitioned the Court of Appeal seeking to be moved from Kuje Medium Security Custodial Centre back to Kano. He claims his relocation to Abuja has hindered access to crucial legal documents for his appeal.
