El-Rufai Declines ICPC Questions, Opts for Court Proceedings
Former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has refused to answer questions from the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC), asserting his constitutional right to remain silent and stating he will only address allegations in a court of law. He believes the probe is politically motivated and has requested that the ICPC present its findings to a judicial tribunal.
