INEC Requests N873.8 Billion for 2027 Elections, N209.2 Billion Allocated for Technological Advances
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has requested a total of N873.8 billion for the upcoming 2027 General Elections, with N209.2 billion dedicated to technology improvements, including upgrades to the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) and the INEC Result Viewing Portal (IReV).
