Police Advise Legal Action Against Ardova Plc Officials Over Lagos Property Dispute
The Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) in Lagos has recommended that senior officials of Ardova Plc be prosecuted following their alleged illegal takeover of a sought-after property in Ikoyi. Meanwhile, the rightful claimant, Familia Limited, is pursuing a N5 billion lawsuit against the company.
