Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu's Swiber Africa (Nigeria) Group and China's GCL Group have formalized a cooperation agreement in Dubai to develop lithium energy projects and a smelting facility in Abia State, Nigeria. The deal aims to enhance Nigeria's energy system and establish a comprehensive lithium industry chain.
