Court Directs INEC to Allow GRIP to Finalize Political Party Registration
A Federal High Court in Abuja has mandated the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to enable the Grassroot Initiative Party (GRIP) to complete its registration process, ruling that INEC previously acted unlawfully by shutting down access to the registration portal.
