Authorities in Akwa Ibom have detained a 36-year-old Cameroonian fisherman named Joseph Mbake on suspicion of sexually assaulting a four-year-old girl. The arrest followed a complaint made by the child's mother after she noticed unusual symptoms during her daughter's bath.
