Supreme Court Acquits Al-Mustapha in Kudirat Abiola Murder Case as Lagos Fails to Pursue for Over a Decade
The Supreme Court has ruled to dismiss the trial of Major Hamza Al-Mustapha, the former Chief Security Officer to late General Sani Abacha, in connection with the murder of Kudirat Abiola, after Lagos State neglected the case for over 11 years.
