Lawyers Demonstrate at Finance Ministry Over Contractors' Debt
A group of lawyers, part of the Concerned Lawyers for Probity and Justice, held a peaceful protest outside the Federal Ministry of Finance, advocating for indigenous contractors owed approximately N4 trillion for completed projects. They criticized the government for its payment practices and called for the resignation of Finance Minister Dr. Doris Uzoka-Anite.
