NCDMB Conducts Workshop for Midstream Operators, Emphasizes Compliance
The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has called on midstream oil and gas operators to comply with the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act 2010, warning of sanctions for non-compliance. The Board also confirmed that the Nigerian Content Equipment Certificates can be obtained without processing fees and reiterated a ban on the use of middlemen.
