Teacher and Spouse Murdered in Suspected Herders Attack on Benue Community
A primary school teacher and his wife were fatally shot by gunmen believed to be herders during a nighttime assault in Asase Ugbede, Naka, Gwer West Local Government Area. Eyewitnesses report that the attack occurred close to a military checkpoint.
