Odudu Ukpanah, a 42-year-old Nigerian, has been charged with attempted homicide following an attack on a pregnant woman in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He is also known for being wrongfully accused of killing his father, a former PDP chieftain in Akwa Ibom.
