Educator Permanently Barred from Profession for Grooming and Inappropriate Conduct with Students
A primary school teacher, Carl Dixon, 62, has been permanently banned from teaching following findings of unacceptable professional conduct. Investigations revealed he engaged in grooming behaviours, including asking young female students on dates and inappropriate touching, between 2017 and 2020.
