Blac Chyna has submitted a cross-complaint against her former partner, Twin Hector, refuting his assertions of assault and alleging a pattern of domestic abuse throughout their relationship.
The rapper's legal defence follows a lawsuit initiated by Hector in 2024, where he accused Chyna of assaulting him on multiple occasions. In her counterclaim, Chyna contends that any physical interaction on her part was solely an act of self-defence.
According to her legal representatives, during an incident where Hector reportedly sustained an eye injury, Chyna maintained that she acted purely to defend herself after being attacked. "Any contact he sustained during the incident was a direct, necessary, and proportionate act of self-defense performed solely to prevent further injury to herself," stated her legal team.
Furthermore, Chyna accused Hector of violating a confidentiality agreement by referencing her in his released music. She pointed to one song that allegedly mentions a woman matching her precise shoe size. For this alleged breach, she is demanding a minimum of $20 million in damages.
In reaction, Hector's attorney dismissed Chyna's cross-complaint as a tactic to distract from the original allegations. "In our opinion, [Chyna's] Cross- Complaint is a frivolous pleading filed with the sole purpose of deflecting attention from her violence toward Twin Hector," the lawyer commented.
The lawyer added that his client denies any history of violence and intends to contest Chyna's claims in court. "Twin Hector is the victim here… Ms. White knows the truth… No one is above the law," he asserted.
This legal dispute is now proceeding to court, with both parties presenting serious and conflicting claims.
