Blac Chyna has leveled serious allegations of domestic violence against her former partner, Twin Hector, through a recent legal submission.
The 37-year-old reality TV personality and mother of two submitted documents on December 30, 2025, in response to a lawsuit for assault and battery that Hector, 28, initiated against her in 2024, where he claimed that she assaulted him while he was asleep.
In her legal filings, Chyna asserted that several of the aggressive actions she directed toward Hector during various altercations were acts of self- defense. However, Hector's legal representative, Kirk Edward Schenck, rebutted this claim, describing it as a 'feeble attempt to shift the blame away from her own violent behavior,' in comments made to the Daily Mail.
Schenck remarked, 'Those who have no justification for their actions often attempt to blame the victim. It is clear to us that Chyna lacks any reasonable defense for her brutal assault on Mr. Hector while he was sleeping.'
The Washington, D.C. native, whose birth name is Angela Renée White, is the mother of 13-year-old King Cairo Stevenson with Tyga and 9-year-old Dream Renée Kardashian with Rob Kardashian.
Chyna informed the court that in one instance in 2023, both children were present when Hector, whose full name is Taiyon Hector, allegedly choked and spat on her; Hector has denied these accusations, labeling them as 'baseless.'
Chyna indicated that her romantic relationship with Hector spanned from 2020 until March 2023.
In her legal documents, Chyna stated that Hector had 'demonstrated a pattern of abusive, intimidating, and threatening behavior' throughout their lengthy relationship.
Chyna recounted an altercation on March 28, 2023, during which he supposedly 'refused to leave' her house as she prepared for a trip out of state.
During this incident, she said their argument intensified as he insisted on remaining at the home, resulting in an escalation of his 'hostile and violent' attitude.
Chyna relayed to the court that Hector had been 'choking [her], spitting on [her], verbally abusing [her], and engaging in intimidating behavior' in the presence of their nanny.
Chyna expressed her fear for not only her own safety but also for the safety and well-being of her children.
She revealed that 'law enforcement was eventually contacted, and [Hector] was taken out of the residence.'
Chyna highlighted in her legal filing that any actions she took against Hector, who she described as 'physically larger' than herself, were done 'exclusively in self-defense during those incidents.'
She also mentioned that Hector had caused damage to both personal belongings and business inventory, including destroying fashion items such as wigs, extensions, and garments, resulting in 'significant financial loss.'
Chyna asserted in her filing that Hector's escalating temper had led her to 'be concerned for her safety.'
She further stated that Hector has 'continued a pattern of harassment and intimidation, including repeated public defamation against [her] on social media.'
Chyna alleged that on December 15, 2025, Hector 'posted obscene and derogatory remarks directed at [her] personally on Instagram.'
Hector allegedly used Chyna's 'image without her consent' in these posts, as she reported to the court.
Chyna indicated that the nature of Hector's social media activity seemed intended to 'encourage others to target her,' noting that his album titled I Hate You includes inflammatory language that was 'clearly aimed' at her.
She requested the court to keep her home address confidential in her legal filing, suggesting that Hector's ongoing public hostility and threats could provoke third parties into taking action against her.
Chyna's claim noted that Hector had put her and her 'minor children at elevated and unreasonable risk of harassment, stalking, or physical harm.'
Hector's lawyer, Schenck, countered by stating that Chyna 'has previously faced accusations of physical violence,' adding that 'Hector is not the first individual to allege that Ms. White has attacked them.'
He commented: 'We possess evidence to support our case and extensive damages.'
He also conveyed to the Daily Mail regarding his client: 'Anyone acquainted with Mr. Hector knows he is a gentleman who has never shown any aggression or violence towards Ms. White, nor anyone else.'
Schenck recommended that Chyna seek legal representation in this matter, saying, 'She will require one.'
In fall 2024, Hector accused Chyna of domestic violence, civil assault, and battery in a $10 million lawsuit submitted to California Superior Court.
