Morris asserted that individuals who cast their votes for Trump in the presidential race have endorsed what she refers to as a 'dementia-ridden, diaper-clad, cornball,' claiming those voters have been 'bamboozled.' She further stated that she does not harbor any sympathy for members of the 'MAGA' movement who may presently feel let down by their political figurehead.

"This is literally the consequence of backing and voting for losers," Morris articulated in her video. The singer admitted that politics has increasingly permeated the country music landscape since she gained fame with hits like 'My Church.'

Despite her disappointment over the deepening politicization of the genre, Morris affirmed her commitment to voicing her opinions openly. "If you don’t agree with me...you can’t enjoy my music because of my viewpoints? You’re perfectly entitled to do that," she remarked.

Morris further elaborated, "But I am only here for a limited time, a few revolutions around the sun, and I feel that I have sacrificed a lot of my mental health, my financial security, my family, simply because I am profoundly concerned and unsettled by the strange status quo of country music."
