As Valentine's Day approaches, love takes center stage with the release of the first single from the eagerly awaited original soundtrack of the upcoming movie "EVI." The track, named "All My Love," is a soulful Afrobeat/R&B; duet that's now available across prominent music streaming platforms globally. In conjunction with the release, the official music video, showcasing highlights from the film, has also debuted.
The song is performed in the movie by Dayo and Evi, characters portrayed by Ibrahim Suleiman and Osas Okonyon respectively. The vocals for the track are delivered by Osas Okonyon and Abbey Wonder, while the writing credits go to Martin Asogwa (Marzz) and the production is helmed by Tolu Obanro (Tyanx). "All My Love" eloquently portrays the deep emotional bond between the film's lead characters.
Featuring tender melodies and heartfelt harmonies, the song delves into themes of devotion, trust, and the emotional vulnerabilities that lovers navigate. The film's narrative centers around Evi, a gifted yet conceited rising star who must reconstruct her life and career after facing downfall, discovering unforeseen hope with support from a troubled talent manager. At its core, music drives Evi's storytelling, influencing the emotional developments and transformations of its characters.
