FIFA disclosed this information on Friday through its official handle on X.

In discussing the prize structure, FIFA Secretary General Mattias Grafström stated that this financial commitment illustrates FIFA’s increasing confidence in the growth of women's club football across the globe.

He described the prize pool as a significant endorsement of the women’s game and noted that it fits within FIFA’s broader strategy aimed at enhancing elite women’s football through greater investment and structural improvements.

Grafström further emphasized that the Women’s Champions Cup plays an essential role in a larger transformation agenda, which entails upgrades to the Women’s International Match Calendar and the introduction of new premier competitions like the FIFA Women’s Club World Cup, which is set to commence in 2028.

The Women’s Champions Cup will showcase champion clubs from each confederation vying for the intercontinental title. The semi-final matches are scheduled to be held at Brentford Stadium on Wednesday, January 28, featuring Gotham FC from the United States up against Brazil’s Corinthians, while Arsenal Women will take on Morocco’s ASFAR.
