The office of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Ubima, situated within the Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State, has been engulfed in flames by unknown assailants.
Ubima is notably the hometown of Rotimi Amaechi, a key member of the ADC and the former transportation minister. Amaechi was purportedly set to officially enroll as a party member at Ward 8 in Ubima at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 6. Community residents reportedly discovered early on that a part of the party office was devastated by fire.
