Galatasaray disclosed this information in an official statement issued on March 23, indicating that the operation was performed at Maslak Acıbadem Hospital by club doctor Yener İ̇nce, following thorough medical assessments and X-rays.

“In our away match against Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16, our player Victor Osimhen was injured and unable to continue the game. Today, he underwent a successful operation at Maslak Acıbadem Hospital conducted by our club doctor, Op. Dr Yener İnce.
