A grassroots Ijaw group called POLIVOX has formally requested that Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Douye Diri, considers Dr. Famous Sayerigha Eseduwo for the role of Deputy Governor.
POLIVOX emphasized that Eseduwo's extensive experience and background in public service make him a strong candidate for the vacant deputy governorship position, encouraging Governor Diri to reflect on his qualifications.
The appeal was articulated in a congratulatory message to Dr. Eseduwo on his birthday. This statement, which was signed by Johnson Ebikeme, the Publicity Officer for POLIVOX, commended the honoree as a man of integrity, altruism, and demonstrated leadership ability.
