Actor Kevin Spacey has reportedly resolved claims made by three men who filed civil sexual assault lawsuits against him in London this year, thus avoiding the necessity of a trial through an undisclosed settlement.
The allegations assert that the incidents occurred between the years 2000 and 2013 in the United Kingdom. Although the specific terms of the settlement remain private, numerous reports suggest that the agreement was finalized in the past week.
Spacey has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing. Earlier this year, a London court acquitted him of nine criminal sexual assault charges, and in a different civil case from 2020 brought by Anthony Rapp, he was deemed not liable.
Despite the favorable legal resolutions, the series of accusations has notably affected Spacey's personal life. He disclosed last year that he was nearly homeless, spending his time in hotels and temporary accommodations due to the financial burdens of ongoing legal disputes.
He also mentioned that many of his possessions are in storage and expressed optimism about the possibility of re-establishing a stable living situation once his financial status improves.
