Pastor Tobi Adegboyega during his sermon questioning the fear tactics used regarding hell.

He stated, "Some Christians believe they can intimidate others with the notion of hell. I have a question for you: if figures like the Pope and Michael Jackson are destined for hell – given that being wealthy and famous seems to be a criterion for condemnation – would you prefer to be among them in hell, or join the lesser-known saints in heaven?"

As his congregation laughed, he further added, "Wouldn’t you want to engage with Hitler and inquire, ‘What transpired?’ Or see Michael Jackson and think, ‘Amazing!’ All your favorite athletes will also end up in hell. Wouldn't you find it fascinating to interact with them?"

This video has sparked varied opinions; some accuse him of promoting hell, while others defend his stance, asserting he is merely highlighting the hypocrisy found within certain Christian beliefs.
