Tottenham Hotspur's Randal Kolo Muani experienced a car accident when the front tire of his Ferrari burst while he was driving on the motorway.
The 27-year-old French striker was heading to Stansted Airport on Tuesday for his team's upcoming Champions League match against Eintracht Frankfurt when the incident occurred.
Reports from Mail Online Sports indicate that Wilson Odobert, his Spurs teammate, was driving behind Kolo Muani on the M25 at the time of the crash and immediately pulled over to assist him to safety.
Images captured at the scene show the players on the motorway beside the damaged vehicle, which had significant front-end damage, and the airbag in the driver's seat had deployed.
Further pictures reveal that the front right tire of the black Ferrari was entirely destroyed.
Tottenham manager Thomas Frank reassured fans that both players emerged from the accident without injuries.
'Both are fine,' Frank stated when asked about their condition after the crash. 'It was an unfortunate minor incident. Everyone else involved in the accident is okay. It was just a tire failure, and they experienced a minor delay, but they will land shortly.'
