Eyewitness accounts suggest the assailants arrived in the village during the night, firing weapons indiscriminately to instill fear before proceeding to attack residents house by house. A villager described the chaos, stating that the attack began around midnight while the community was asleep, catching them entirely off guard.

According to residents, the attackers moved from one residence to another, seeking money and summarily k!lling individuals without apparent provocation. The operation, which reportedly lasted over two hours, resulted in the deaths of six people, numerous injuries, and the abduction of an unspecified number of villagers.

Reports from the scene indicate that no security forces intervened during the prolonged attack, leaving the villagers vulnerable to the bandits' actions.

Following the incident, funeral rites for the deceased were conducted in the village on Monday, April 6. The Chief Imam led the prayers, which were attended by many villagers and individuals from neighbouring communities. After the prayers, held in front of the Village Head’s Palace, the bodies were conveyed to the cemetery for burial.
