Omoyele Sowore, who previously ran for president, clashed with a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) today inside a courtroom. The conflict arose after Sowore attempted to hold a press briefing in the courtroom where a case involving him was under consideration.
The judge was not present at the time when Sowore was approached by journalists seeking an interview. The SAN opposed Sowore's actions, asserting that the courtroom was not a suitable venue for a press conference. However, Sowore countered this claim, insisting that there is no law prohibiting him from communicating with the press within a courtroom.
