Nigeria's Super Falcons have been placed in Group C alongside Zambia, Egypt, and Malawi for the 2026 Women's Africa Cup of Nations. This draw occurred on Thursday afternoon, January 15, in Rabat, Morocco.
The matches for Group C will be hosted at the Larbi Zaouli Stadium in Casablanca, marking the start of the Super Falcons' pursuit for a record 11th WAFCON title.
In Group A, the tournament hosts Morocco will compete against Algeria, Senegal, and Kenya. Games in this group are set to be played at the Moulay Al Hassan Stadium located in Rabat.
Group B consists of previous champions South Africa, Cote d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, and Tanzania, with their fixtures lined up for the Al Madina Stadium in Rabat.
Lastly, Group D includes Ghana, Cameroon, Mali, and Cape Verde, with their matches to take place at the Complexe Sportif de Fès.
The finals of WAFCON 2026 are scheduled to occur from March 17 to April 3.
