CJA Supports Federal Government's Plea Bargain in Oduah Fraud Case
The Centre for Justice and Accountability has praised the Nigerian government for choosing a practical legal solution in the fraud case against former Aviation Minister Stella Oduah. The court discharged both Oduah and her former aide after a plea bargain was reached.
