NCC Mandates Telecom Operators to Compensate Subscribers for Poor Service Starting April
The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has announced that telecom operators must begin compensating subscribers for subpar service quality starting from April. This directive specifically targets Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) failing to meet Quality of Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and applies to voice, data, and SMS services for both individual and corporate users.
