Katsina Hisbah Commission Shaves Youths' Hair During Sallah Celebration
Officials from the Katsina State Hisbah Commission, Sabuwa Division, have taken the initiative to shave the hair of several young men across the town as part of their Operation Happy Sallah program aimed at promoting peace during the recent Eid festivities.
