Imoter Barnabas Terkaa, a resident of Benue State, has broken his silence following his recent release from captivity. He was reportedly abducted while undertaking a journey from Lagos to his home state.
Following his capture, the perpetrators contacted his wife and demanded a ransom payment of N30 million for his safe return.
Sources indicate that Imoter regained his liberty approximately three days ago, subsequent to the ransom being paid.
Expressing his relief and gratitude, Imoter posted on Facebook, stating: “I thank God am released from the kidnappers the fulani den. God is really alive, call on Him and he answers. Thank you all for your prayers for me when I was in captivity.”
He further added, “I never thought I would make it out alive but I am here, free now. Let me have my rest small then details later. Just want to say thank you for your prayers now am free.”
