This week, Bianca Censori made headlines by dressing quite differently as she testified in a lawsuit concerning her husband, Kanye West.

The 31-year-old has gained notoriety for frequently wearing highly revealing outfits, often seen in minimal underwear, sheer garments, and striking fashion choices. In contrast, West, aged 48, is usually attired in more conventional attire.

Censori's fashion choices have drawn significant attention, particularly after she donned a "naked" dress at the 2025 Grammy Awards, which left little to the imagination when she took off her coat while posing with West. However, her recent entrance into the Los Angeles Superior Court showcased a notably more conservative look.

For her court appearance, she opted for a fitted black midi skirt coupled with a fully buttoned cardigan, matched with pointed heels, glasses, and a substantial shoulder bag. Her long dark hair was styled in a low bun, rendering her almost unrecognizable compared to her typical public looks.

Reports indicate that her outfit was influenced by a warning from Judge Brock T. Hammond regarding appropriate dress for the courtroom. The judge emphasized the necessity for attendees to adhere to the court's dress code before the session began.

"All parties and witnesses must comply with the basic dress code of the court," he stated, further noting that hats, sunglasses, and revealing garments would not be accepted within the courtroom. "Those not dressed suitably will be turned away at the door," he added.

Censori's attire has frequently sparked discourse on social media, with many users questioning the nature of her relationship with West and suggesting he may have an influence on her style choices.

Despite this speculation, she previously communicated in an interview with Vanity Fair that her relationship with West is a partnership, asserting her independence in selecting her style. "I wouldn’t be doing something I didn’t want to do," she remarked. Censori attended the court proceedings alone, which were part of a civil lawsuit filed by Tony Saxon, a former employee of West.

Saxon claims to have worked as a project manager overseeing renovations at West's Malibu seaside residence but alleges he was let go after approximately seven weeks. He is pursuing over $1 million in damages, citing unpaid wages, unsafe working conditions, and wrongful termination.

During her day-long testimony, Censori conveyed that she had briefly contributed to the renovation plans around five years ago before Saxon joined the project. She informed the court of her degrees in architecture and her involvement in creating visual plans, renderings, and concepts for West's property.

However, Saxon contends that West often changed plans during the renovation, demanding significant structural modifications, such as the removal of plumbing, electrical wiring, and basic infrastructure. He alleges that West envisioned the house being styled after a bunker, indicating it was a place to "hide from the Clintons and the Kardashians."

Moreover, Saxon claimed that West intended for the house to be self-sufficient operationally, relying on natural light, candles, and battery-powered lights rather than electricity. He warned West that such changes could bring about serious safety concerns, particularly with relocating large generators into the house.

Saxon further alleged that West reacted with threats when he refused particular requests, stating, "If you don’t do what I say, you’re not going to work for me, I’m not gonna be your friend anymore, and you’ll just see me on TV." He also asserts he sustained injuries while working on the renovation and claimed he was promised $20,000 per week without receiving the agreed compensation.

West acquired the Malibu property with views of the Pacific Ocean in 2021. In 2023, he denied Saxon’s claims and sought to dismiss the lawsuit, but the court allowed the case to continue.
