Daniel Bwala, who serves as a media aide to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, underwent rigorous questioning from Mehdi Hasan, a prominent journalist with Al Jazeera, during an interview that was released through the network’s social media accounts on March 6.
Throughout the interview, Hasan challenged Bwala on various topics including security statistics and allegations made by Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, as well as the overall preparation for the discussion. Unfortunately, Bwala struggled to provide satisfactory responses to several of these pressing issues related to the Tinubu government.
Hasan expressed frustration over Bwala’s failure to substantively address the criticisms directed at the administration, labeling him as "lazy and idle" during their exchange.
